KL-3200ATC Automatic Tool Changer, 220VAC, 3200W (4.3HP), Max 18000 rpm

Standard Features:

Onboard 24vdc power supply with circuit breaker,

Rrelay operated pneumatic solenoids (2 channels),

Auto on for all spindle cooling options and case air, fan cooling for VFD, Spindle
Fault Signal, Air Pressure Low Signal, Spindle Temp Alarm,

30’ VFD Cable (16ga x 4, 18ga x2) @ 30’, 25 or 40Amp main switch with lockout, 1/2”, 3/4” or 1” power wire cable glands
(due to variations in local codes, cable not included)

Manual Case Air is available for “blow” during tool change

24 VDC (Centroid, WinCNC & others)

2: Pneumatic :

2 channel 2 way Drawbar (tool release) and Case Air

Options:

4 channel 4 way (push/pull) for air blowers, etc.
4 channel 4 way (push/pull) (remote only) for pneumatic dustfoot
Polyurethane Air Tubing @ 33’ x 2pcs is standard
Regulator to reduce Case Air Pressurization (reduces consumption)

3:Connectivity Options:
14 pin AVID Compatible Plug (uses AVID Cable)
12 conductor cable with flying leads (6’ standard)

4: Cooling Options:
24 VDC fan
240 VAC fan
12 VDC Water Pump
110VAC Water Pump

By change the VFD 2.2KW or 5.5KW, 7.5KW you can use to control different ATC Spindle
